Part 1


Dear Stay at Home Mothers,

What a privilege it is for me to write to you...What a privilege it is to have inspiration ... I felt for a while I was losing the anointing to write...And when Nancy Campbell who writes the magazine Above Rubies ask me to update my testimony "Bring Him Home"I felt I had nothing to say.. I felt like a little girl on stage with nothing but a feeling of being totally blank.. I felt completely empty.. But lately the Lord is encouraging me.. And He is letting me feel the rain drops of blessings. . but for the Showers I plead. .I sit in a place this morning to be able to influence a lot of Mothers in their Homes.. and I am gonna do it if it kills me.. And it is surely easier with an anointing. .But I am gonna write with or without an anointing.. And it is my privilege ..it is my blessing. . and I thank God for it. .And I will write until you all say you don't need me anymore...

I stayed in my marriage when it was hard..and you can too.. We don't have to give up..Yes the economy in our country is bad...Yes the morals in our country make me heart sick too.. Everywhere we look it seems there is no hope.. But I didn't give up on my marriage and I wont give up on my country either. .The Word says IF MY PEOPLE WHO ARE CALLED BY MY NAME WILL HUMBLE THEMSELVES AND PRAY THEN I WILL HEAL THEIR LAND. . .

France once said .."To change a country we need good mothers.." Feminism and especially religious feminism is one of the worst curses on our country today.  .Mother is encouraged to leave home and get a job .. Feminism is an unholy blazing fire that seems to have left a lot of women amazed in their tracks. .  They are paralyzed with FEAR..They have forgotten to do what is right...

This Fire of fear has an unholy smoke that seems to be able to go where it desires to go. .And it leaves abandoned crying children in her paths.. Crying neglected children ... Starving neglected children ..even in our country..

Part 2

"If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."
- 2 Chronicles 7:14

This scripture promises us that our land of America can be healed..If we as Mothers seek His face and turn from our wicked ways..We need to pray for our husbands and our children..We need to rise when it is yet dark and pray and prepare spiritual meat for our households. .  We need to live in a quiet submission to our husbands..and let our works of righteousness be our testimonies..We need to let our husbands take spiritual authority in our homes..And yet we need to seek the Lord ourselves not just use our husbands for yes and no answers...We need to speak to our husbands out of a meek and quiet heart..when God tells us its the right time to speak ....Yes the Feminist will tell you that you are an idiot to not make your own rules..

Well I will say to the feminist.."So how is that workin' out for ya"? The feminists have nearly destroyed our country..the religious ones especially...How has this plan of the religious women in authority helped our children..? our families ? No it has been our destruction. . And it seems so many men have just given up on themselves as heads of the home..its easier to let their wives take over..It may be easier but there will be a Hell and a destruction to pay in the end..

Part 3

 We Mothers need to fight our battles in our aprons..What if we could each be a Suzanna Wesley in our homes ..Suzanna's husband was a lot of the time in debtors prison. .She lost what ? i think 8 of her 19 children in death. . And yet she managed to cause revival in her country of England through her 2 sons she raised for the Lord. . John Wesley was an evangelist and Charles was the song writer..

Living by Faith

Part 1


I feel my writing is very important ... How could any Christian mother look at our precious country and not be moved to do something to help our America back up. .

We older Mothers are to help the younger moms to stay home . .

We need to be examples to them.  As we encourage the young moms, then we help them to make decent homes for the children.

Feminism is such an unholy spirit . . It slaps the face daily of innocent children. . Nothing hurts like watching your family break up. .My greatest heartache lately is that I haven't been able to write .. But the Lord God is making a way for me where there is no way. .

Ya know lately I have been looking through my MARY JANE'S FARM magazines..T hey have a lot of ideas about old fashioned housekeeping etc..  When Jim was healed he started to work steady. . And hey I knew I had to do some radically different things if I planned on making it. . At first Jim only had minimum wage jobs. .One job he had they expected him to work over time and they paid him half the wage for overtime. .So if he made 4 bucks an hour, and if he worked 2 hrs over, then he only got paid 2 bucks an hour for the over time.  . instead of 6 dollars ... Crazy stuff.. But he had a job..and that was wonderful..

The Word of God says that there is gain in all labor.. If you love the Lord and you are working for His glory then the Lord will reward you for your labor. .I just thought, "Ya know God has given me these children and He expects me to take what I have and buy food for them." The Lord never let us down.. .I always had what I needed to feed my family..

Part 2

I think so often of the Depression era mothers.. But the mothers coming up in our country, when its all said and done. may just outrun the Depression era mothers.   I mean the 1930's presented some very hard times.. Still. .with God all things are possible. . If I had a houseful of children right now and I didn't know how to garden or cook from what I had in the house. . I would be learning how. .

I remember going to the store with about 10 bucks to last for the the rest of the week. . I bought about 3 pounds of hamburger and a big sack of potatoes.. and I think I bought a chicken...and that was it.. But now for you ladies everything has gone up sky high. .and the wage law hasn't gone up as much.. .You all have a lot to believe God for. .Every wise woman builds her house and the foolish tear it down with her hands.

God is with us dear mothers.. No matter how much money we have or how little.. . He is able to help us to make it and care for our children. . . With Health care the way it is in our country, we better keep our eyes on Jesus.. .Our President says we are no longer a Christian nation...That breaks my heart..But each of we moms who ARE Christians can make a difference. .we need to encourage each other.. So often I get emails from mothers who read my testimony. .they say "I never could have made it without your testimony.." it kills me inside .. I feel I am so inadequate.. But I just keep peddling along. .and I hope you girls will keep peddling along too. .we all have something to give and to encourage each other with..

Women in The Pulpit

Part 1 - Women in the Pulpit

OMG i guess i like to live dangerously!! The Ladies are on the grp
discussing whether it is right or not for women to preach and take
spiritual authority over men..Well to me it is like this.."Well yeah you
cud ride a cow to town to get groceries...But ya got a horse so why dont ya
just ride it ? The cow is busy with giving milk and quietly chewing her cud
and eating grass in the back 40..But still ..yes she is strong enuf to
carry our Harriett to town..The cow is as smart as a horse...well able to
do the deed.. But ladies it wud be alot easier to ride a horse????..The
Bible says a woman shud wear a covering to show she is under her husbands
authority.. i think this is one reason women have so much trouble with head
aches and nervous problems..and female problems.,,Wives and Mothers belong
at home ..They need a spiritual covering of peace,,They are not made to
bear the burdens of men..Our men are getting so stinkin lazy
spiritually..You Christian feminists feed your Baboons tons of bananas
..and they hardly have to go to work..Now ya wanna feed them spiritually
too? Why dont ya just put a big pacifier in his mouth and let him watch tv
all day while you go to work...Then he comes home from work ,,if he goes at
all..and he starts a fight with you so he can go play tv games at the
neighbors...How much more will you do for this baby before he runs out on
you? The wise woman wud see thru all of this...She wud see that she is the
weaker vessel..She will see that her place is in the home..Her gifts are
the hidden gifts ..the quiet meek spirit is her confidence..In quietness
and confidence you will find your peace..The works of righteousness is
peace and the effects of righteousness is is quietness and assurance
forever..Isaiah 32....

Part 2 - No Prayer ? No Power


There is Spirit of fear in our country right now that cud
stop a herd of buffalo on a dime..You women shud go HOME and get ready for
some Heavy interceding in the Holy Ghost..If ya dont know how to walk in
the Holy Ghost then Child of God .you better do some findin out... it isnt
money that is gonna keep you,,It isnt .your bright ideas that will save
you...There is Holy work to be done..Yes do your house work and care for
the children and submit to your husband...But we need to be spiritually
working too..We need to be spending at least an hour a day praying for our
families..We labor for gold..but no labor for the Holy Spirit..When you are
alone in the house, lay on the floor before Jesus and cry out to Him....Pray
Sister pray for your families..Except the Lord build your house they labor
in vain to build it..We dont know all of the secrets of the Holy
Spirit..But He is our counselor and our helper..our teacher..He will guide
us into all truth..We can trust in God ..He will care for us..No weapon
formed against us will prosper..its so important that you be able to depend
on God alone and His Word..If we get really upset we need to know how to
take our Bibles into the bedroom and read the Word until we feel better..I
am finally able to do this.,,Even if Jim had the tv on i cud pray in the
same room...and keep my mind on the Lord..Not always but most of the
time..i am still workin on it..But sometimes i have to pray for maybe 3 hrs
to get myself back to the Lords rest and peace..But do what you need to do
to keep yourself in the will of God..Great Christians who saw great
miracles were men and women who spent much time in prayer and fasting...No
prayer ? no Power..Much prayer..much Power..And send the nutty women who
are upsetting you back out the door..WHO CARES IF THEY DONT LIKE IT? Your
children and your husband need you at home ...to tend the home and to tend
to the business of the home..Your business at home is to sweep and vacuum
and bake and cook..Also it is to learn Wisdom and to learn how to work
Wisdom..If you get built up in God then no one can take you out..Be some
trouble for the Devil..Keep him on the run...Keep him scared of what you
will do next..{I am scared of what i might do next }soo i hope the devil is
too..

Part 3  -  Our Stability

The Bible in Isaiah 33;6 says "And wisdom and knowledge shall be the stability of thy times and strength of salvation ; the fear of the Lord is His treasure.." The Book of Proverbs is a Book of Wisdom..Prov 1;20 says Wisdom crieth without ;She utters her voice in the streets..verse 21 she crieth in the chief place of concourse in the openings of the gates ...Well we dont hear Wisdoms voice with our physical ears but with our spiritual ears..with our heart ears..we hear Wisdom speaking..And we hear Christian Feminism in the spirit also ..we hear it also with our heart ears ... But we also hear with our physical ears the voice of Feminism..It seems Feminism is everywhere ,,,being taught over the tv etc..Everywhere out in the world it is taught as if it was the Gospel Truth,,,The Bible calls the C.F. the strange woman..She isnt like the women of God..What are the traits ladies of the Bible based women..Can you find her traits in Proverbs? Can we discuss this in a quiet way ?  love connie

Our Cowboys

Part 1  Learning to Walk in the Spirit


Good Morning Ladies,Just want to write a few thots on marriage.It seems so many think that the scriptures on marriage mean nothing..Titus 2 basically says that the older women shud teach the young women to be sober minded ..They shud teach them to love their husbands and love their children that the Word of God be not blasphemed..Well yes the Word has been blasphemed through the church..See Joyce Myers seems harmless enuf..But we dont have the Proverbs 31 woman to balance her out..i know Joyce preaches on why she couldnt be the virtuous woman..She gets the audience to laughing ..at what? the virtuous woman.. As a young wife and mother i learned the fruits of the Spirit through housewifery ..I learned patience through motherhood...Dying to self comes naturally to a mother who is up every nite all nite taking care of a sick baby.Gal 5;22 .The fruit of the Spirit is Love , Joy, Peace , longsuffering , Gentleness, goodness and faith. . Meekness, temperance, against such there is no law. verse 25 says ..And if we live in the Spirit let us also walk in the Spirit..

Part 2   Marriage

Marriage is a covenant ..its a spiritual law and a physical law..its even a law of the land..Thats why you have to go to court to get a divorce..This law means less and less in our world today..But back in the 1950s when i was growing up ..it was much harder to get a divorce.Then someone changed the law and the courts said you cud get a divorce for mental cruelty...But you had to prove it..And as time went on then it was easier and easier to prove..and now you can get a Divorce over anything..What i see happening in Christiandom is the wife puts up with her husband for a while.then she gets bitter and divorces him..Jesus said that He allows Divorce because of hard hearts..Not for freedom..but because our hearts get bitter with unforgiveness...and that bitterness is dangerous to a believer..Ya know too when you marry it is a contract..between you and God..and your husband..It says the contract can only be broken thru death..

Part 3  All is Well


Ya know i fight daily to keep on going..Yesterday as i prayed i saw clearly ..that if i didnt give up i wud see His glory..Oh i know this ..yes...i have seen this before..But it is a fight to stay up ..and to understand that weeping last for the nite but JOY comes in the Morning..But ya know? Jesus has rescued me many times..and oh the Victories have been grand..Its like when ya dont give up and you keep goin ..the Lord shows you things..Like He shows me so clearly once the smoke has cleared He seems to say ""Connie i was there all the time.." So long ago as i suffered in my marriage..i had no idea that Jesus was with me..But then NOW i see my writings going to over 80 countries..In those yrs of such brokenness i wud pray for Kenya in Africa..i had no idea i wud ever meet someone from Kenya..And i did hear from Kenya in an email..A lady said she wanted to be friends..But God heard my prayers...I just felt so alone in my early days of walking with  God..But truly He never left me ..He was with me in those dark days..He watches us in the arenas of life..he protects us,,Each days manna is perfect enuf for that day.Truly all is well and all is good things are moving as they shud..

Part 4  Our Cowboys

Ya know Ladies ? Mercy when i think of our world..well our USA..? i think "Oh what a mess"..But what an opportunity to be a weapon in the hands of the Lord. To build a strong nation we need strong homes..To change a country we need good mothers..But what i believe is the greatest need is men who are strong and wise..and ladies we are throwing these guys out the door by the truck loads..and our society is all for it..Every man is a supposed verbal abuser...i mean yes some men are verbal abusers ..and the wife is being destroyed by him..But i am speaking to the every day family..All men are not evil..Back in the cowboy days ..the bad guy cud always be won over by the lady of the hour..Folks wud say "Well Rose will tame him down,,wait until he is married and has a couple kids ,,that will tame him.." The woman was put up on a pedestal..She was the Angel, the guardian of the kitchen..She was the STAR of the Home..Now days is different..The Cowboy is told when and where he can ride his horse or if he can at all..and its sad..i never heard my mother tell my dad to clean up the house or do the wash..Dad took care of us when Mom was sick or something,,,But to give him regular housework to do..? never..!! How can women do that ? How unromantic..i mean if he wants to do it then fine..But to work all day and come home to a wife who expects him to vacuum ? Oh thats awful..the big lie is that womens housework is not important..womens work is important..Mother shud stay home and tend to her own business..her children ..

Part 5    Jesus is Lord

Anyway the Bible tells we mothers to honor our husbands..to reverence and praise them..That they are as Jesus Christ in the home..We are to submit to them..".Well what if he comes in drunk "?Well if he dangerous then call the police,,if he is quiet about it,,then go on about your business and pray about it..If you stay out of sin when he comes in ....then thats good..The Lord sees all these things..But the main thing is that we build a spiritual Christian home..We need to commit to this...To build Christian homes..To change our Nation we need to change our minds ..Do we want a Christian Nation? Well it will be one home at a time..Our nation now is in such deep sin....its a wonder we havent been destroyed yrs ago.So far what has happened to our nation because we havnt obeyed God..?Millions of children have been aborted by their MOTHERS..Not to mention many children are raped and beatin half to death..We are raiseing generations of women who dont care about their own children,..They have to be reminded not to leave their kids in a locked car in hot weather ,,,and the babies suffocate..Oh God help us..! Wouldnt it be easier to obey Gods laws? Wouldnt it be easier to take the lower seat in humility...then to worry about womens rights ? Because believe me dear Feminist..you will bow ..one day you will bow to a man ..His name is Jesus Christ!!!! Every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that Jesus is Lord..love connie

Serious Talk on a Covenant Marriage

Part 1  Marriage

Lately i am so surprised how the teachings on marriage are so watered down ..not to mention that most of the teachings are even a form of witchcraft..Rebellion is the same as Witchcraft...A Christian marriage is to be a Covenant marriage..its a promise you made to God that you wud be faithful until death..Then Christian women tell me ."Well Oprah said this or that." well when did Oprah get right with the Lord"? She has a live in boyfriend ...come on ladies !!! Then people tell me that they read all the books on verbal abuse...and these people know whats up[supposedly}...Um who is our King of kings and Lord of Lords?Last i heard there was a scripture that reads "every knee shall bow and tongue confess that JESUS IS LORD TO THE GLORY OF GOD. Gods Word is being blasphemed to the worst degree..Simple truths in the Word are no longer important in todays churches..This thing about verbal abuse...What a piece of crap this is..Ok i thot the feminists were  supposed to be as strong or stronger than men? Yet if her husband ask her to pick up a toothpick and hand it to him she wud coil and cry and say her husband was trying to make a slave out of her..


Part 2  Marriage

The Feminist says she can do anything a man can..Well except she cant take any kind of a different opinion ..Her opinion is the one God told her was right..supposedly..No one has the right to take a womans mind..Your mind is your own,,i mean someone can come and tell me apples are oranges all day and nite..i may say politely.."Oh isnt that nice" But no one can make me believe it..I am responsible for my own mind..The Bible says that we wrestle not against flesh and blood but powers and principalities and wickedness in high places..i mean some of you women have been opened up to Satan..You think you need to fight your husbands but it is the devil you need to come against..Satan is your enemy..Marriage is a holy union..we must honor it..I know some women are really verbally abused...But most are not..But all the women i talk to act like they have to make sure their husband does the dishes as much as they do...etc,,It doesnt matter that he works a full  time job..These wives have been sold a bale of hay...and they just follow the first wing nut who tells them they are a bused because they cant watch tv all day..You women are treating your husbands like they are children and must he watched or he might do something he likes to do..like play golf..? its crazy..and ya know something..we as women are gonna pay in the end for the way we have treated our men..We as women have wonderful gifts that teach us to be keepers at home..We are to teach our husbands and children as we walk out the meek and quiet Spirit...

Part 3   Our Beloved Homes

We live in such hard times....its so hard to be with mothers who use the word Fu--.. in every sentence and in front of their children...i cry every day for our country to change..But i dunno..If it gets more and more wicked..how will we live in it..? Lets not let the home go down without a fight..."If my People who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray...Then I will heal their land.."Its the Christians in this scripture that are called to do something..to humble themselves and pray...not the unbeliever..we as believers can change our country..we used to be a Christian Nation...A Nation is made up of homes,,A true Godly Nation is made up of Christian homes who are called by His Name..July 16th our David died..It has changed our lives..It made us love the ones left behind more then ever..Of course its only been a few months, since he has been gone,,i dont know yet what will all come out of it..how all of us will change..But our Country  of America..!!! oh it has to change..The Mothers in our country used to be our first teachers..Lord please call teachers to call back the mothers whose hearts are teachable and able to learn ......let us know, Lord, our places in you..love connie

The Fight of Free Thinking Christian Mothers

Part 1  Free Thinkers

Ya know the feminist thinks she is the free thinker and can do better then a man,,The true Biblical woman of God submits to one man,,her husband,,The feminist submits to her boss at work and many other men in authortiy ..She allows a man who isnt her husband to run her life,,often her boss,,What she is doing is building another man or woman's kingdom instead of her own family's..The married wife at home can teach her own children her faith and values,,She has time to pray her little handmaidens and Samuels into the Kingdom of God..And i know some women have to work,,But the push for success shud be "How can i stay home with my children"? and not "How can i get a better raise at work"?

 The true radical thinker ,,the free thinker is the beloved housewife,,She is as wise as a serpent and harmless as a dove,..And if her husband is given to fits of anger,,? She is wise enuf not to react in front of the children,,She never brings fear to the camp as the strange woman does..The feminist wants to bring the house down because someone hurt her feelings,,But the wise woman remains silent in front of her accusers,,she has little ones who are watching,,She has taught them to be peace makers,,Blessed are the peace makers for they shall be called the children of God..

In this age ,,in this Me generation,,we forget even what it means to be a true woman of God..We think a woman of God is one who knows how to forget the family and go to church,,And if we say anything against the C.F. movement then we are supposedly bringing decention to the body of Christ,,Well for starters every church isnt just made up of one body of Christ,,The body of Christ is scattered all over the world..and in Heaven,,No one church can make up the whole body,,And John the Baptist wasnt exactly part of the church,,He was raised in the wilderness prolly by his mother,,As his father the priest was into a bunch of religion and not the true spirit of God..Mary Jesus mother wasnt all that popular at church either,,Elisha killed off 100s of false prophets,,There were very few true prophets of God..One of the ways i judge a prophet in this day is if he begs for money,,If he does i wont listen to him..he is off my list,,If he trys to hoodwink the believer that really ticks me off,,Like if you dont tithe you wont get healed,,i give my money to the poor..i have been healed many times and i never paid anyone for the healing,,never once,,And i have seen many prayers answered but havent darkened the door of a church in months,,i write all of this because i see so many hurting mothers who are so oppressed by the worldly church,,They are depressed and despondant,,Not to mention confused,,

Part 2  The True Christ


The true woman of God gets up in the morning and prays ,,"Lord, please help
me to submit to my husband and to be an example to my children..Help me to
look well to the ways of my household..Help me to mind my own buisness and
to keep my mind on the Lord."

 Then you go to Wed prayer meeting where keeping your mind on the Lord means go to Women's Bible Studies all week,,And Jez tells ya, "Well we have to put the Lord first and do His will and not our own"..Or "Cant your kids do without you for one day while you get filled up
with the Lord"? So in other words, Lady, spending my morning with you tellin
me a load of crap is gonna some how make me a better Christian ?

 i remember this one lady always grabbin me at the store,,"Connie please honor the Lord
and come to church?" i wud smile and be polite..Another woman right after
Jim died said ,,"Well now atleast you can go to church." Thinking i didnt go
because Jim made me stay home,,But this is the deal ,,You may think i am
awful for sayin all of this,,But Elisha murdered hundreds of false prophets
..Very few were true prophets,,,A church is a place where as few as 2 are gathered in His name,,Lately i am so aware of the true believers in my midst,,MaryL was such a true believer,,When you were around her, you thot you cud do anything for God..Nothing is impossible
with God,.And she taught me to love,,No it doesnt sound like i love
Christians from reading this,,But i love the true believers,,And i fight
against the devil who is the killer of the true Christian's spirit..Religion
kills and the True Spirit of Christ makes us come alive..

Part 3  The Fight of Faith

And i had a heck of a time raiseing 6 children..i homeschooled 4 of them and
had the school board taking up my time for almost a yr,And other things too
concerning homeschool..i had religious folks laying bondage on me,,Jim and i
were trying to build a marriage after unreal circumstances,,i was trying to
raise my kids for the Lord and my relatives were croakin at me about "When
will you ever make something of yourself"? and "YOU ARENT PREGNANT AGAIN ARE
YOU"? And as always i had the poor at my door needing me for some kind of
comfort,,i always ministered to people no matter what,,

Then every few months Jim let me use the car for the afternoon and i wud sneek down a country road
without my license and get filled up with the Lord at Dixies house,,And she
barely let me in ..she said i had demons of C.F. and i spose i did,,But she
rebuked them before i got in her house,,It felt so good,,i wud say "Do that
again"..i wasnt insulted,,It wasnt like i wanted to keep my demons,,Dixie
wud say "Connie are you believein for a farm"? you need to get out of that
city"..Dixie was always prayin for a snow storm so no one wud come to her
house,,She wud tell me.."Those church women were here again tryin to get me
to church"..Folks wud burn roads of fire to our houses tryin to get us to
church,,If i hadnt been atleast a free thinker i wud have never made it,,i
honestly never wud have made it to any kind of sanity,,Because ya know the
women coming into the church are taught mainly one thing first,,"Go to
church and tithe"..Most of them dont know about being a keeper at home,So
they see the mother at home who is dedicated to teaching her children the
Word,,and they think the mother is in sin,,

This morning i was thinking about the feminist movement..Well it is on the educational channel ...on tv Public Broadcasting System...i never want to listen to that because its such a lie..But the Feminists seem to be rolling right over the top of we Christians..We all know Feminism is wrong ..but we dont know why its wrong for the most part.Lately i have been listening to Lady preachers myself.And i have thot to myself 'Well whats the big deal?" But since i am in trouble all the time ..i want to be sure i dont have any sin in my life..

Then i saw this..It isnt what we as women do.. its what we neglect to do..Any woman who doesnt stand up for the rights of children in this age shud be ashamed of themselves..And if you can get a crowd to listen to you why wudnt you speak first for the children who cant speak for themselves..? The Lord keeps showing me the folks who are on His side..It isnt the Democrats or the Republicans.as a whole..Ya know we can protest with signs etc...But if it has no truth it has no truth..It is the" John the Baptists" that will bring a Revolution..John was raised mainly by his mother..Can you see his mom Elisabeth telling John to marry a woman who will get a good job so she can help support the family? Elisabeth was a godly wife and mother..John was raised in the wilderness..Mary .Jesus mother was blessed among women..We may pick Joyce Myers to be the most blessed among woman..But the lord picked Mary who kept her eyes on the Father..she was plain and simple. . .love Connie

Why Churches Don't Teach Mothers To Stay Home

Part 1

Dear Sisters of Liberty...i am writing today to Jenn on the response grp
about a question she had...She is wondering why the churches of today dont
preach about being keepers at home,,Or how to live the normal every day
Christian life in the home,,i know what you mean Jenn... Before i learned
what i write i used to cry before the Lord and ask Him "Where Lord is the
Titus 2 Mother "? My heart was broken to find her,,i didnt understand why
she didnt come to our rescue as i was so deeply in trouble ...and i cudnt
find my way out,,,And i wasnt the only young mother looking for her
either,,Of course we all know now where she is..She is at work making a life
for herself..Boils my hide... and skins my belly,,But we may as well get
used to it..But you Mothers like Jenn and so many young moms who are
searching for the Ever elusive Titus 2 Mom will some day be her..Thats what
happened to me when i turned 50..i had searched for the older Christian Mom
for many yrs..But thru my own needs the Lord created me in me my answer and
the answer for some of you,,Now MaryL played a part of the Titus 2 ministry
in my life..But actually she was learning too..She hadnt really had a Titus
2 mom either,..Her own Mother played a part..But yes have you noticed the
young Christian moms who are writers..??Then they drop off the earth when
their oldest child becomes a teenager"?..Its because the popular teaching
out there is this..."If ya raise the kid right as a child he will be perfect
by the time he is 18 yrs old and ready for college ? " Yeah right..Hello ?
Well some kids wud be alright at 18 i guess..But the Mother has to just
remain steadfast in her prayers if he isnt ok at 18,,or whatever magical age
a mother picks..


Part 2

Yesterday i woke up so depressed..i have been fighting this for about 2 weeks,,Finally yesterday morning the Lord spoke to my heart..Alot of times we get depressed because we get confused about our callings from God..The Lord assured me yesterday in prayer that my calling was to be a writer and to write to Mothers about their place in the home,,This is a high calling,,As i prayed the Lord reminded me of Dixies Farm,,And He ask me "Connie have you fulfilled all that i taught you on the farm"? Of course the answer is "NO.."If God tells us to do something ..we have to do it even if we accidentally forgot it..Or no matter how old we get..The Lord had told we 3 girls to seek the wisdom of God..See this calling to Wisdom is not of this world..It is a calling of God.. the most powerful gift is Love..And this calling to Mothers and wives to LOVE is the foundational teaching,,We see many gifts in the church today,,And like Jenn says the teachings are mostly on Salvation and ministering to the community..And that is important..Its all important what the churches are trying to say,,But the Problem,,,the hitch in our giddy-up ? is that the Christian homes around us are falling dead like flys in the face of poison,,The Poison being the false teachings on family,,Jenn you spoke of starving to death spiritually,,i hear ya..We need God where we hurt..We as Mothers hurt in our souls..The Mother in her home is so important..While there are many sick among us,..there is more folks who are broken down because of family problems..There are many broken hearted and broken spirited people..Satan has whacked so many in their gut and caused alot of sickness..We need the fresh anointing ,,We need the Living Waters to wash us and refresh us,,How we need the fresh oil to anoint us and to give us hope..The Wisdom of God is what we need,,Wisdom brings Joy..Solomon ask for Joy above all else..He cud have ask for money or a good reputation,,Or the life of his enemies..But he ask for Gods Wisdom to lead his people and to make wise decisions..Wisdom is the Pearl of Great Price..At nite many nites before i go to sleep i thank the Lord that i won Jims love..i have what many women will never have,,i had the sincere love of my husband,,i rest content in that,,i am glad i wasnt out lookin for a job to fulfill myself when Jim needed me..As i chased Jim with my love the Lord led me to the Pearl of Great Price..The Lord led me to His Wisdom..And i learned enuf to write many writings about it..This Pearl has many chambers,,Many layers of teachings,,Wisdom is a gift you get as you leave the crowds of people behind..The virtuous women dont run in flocks..Like rare plants or rare multi colored birds they stand alone,,One here and one there..but they are mostly hidden..and seen only by those who really need them..Like angels ..they come to those who are suffering and crying out to God..

Part 3

But ya know in the churches so many young preachers in this age were raised
by Christian Feminists..C.F. do well in the church because they have chosen
to work outside the home and home isnt important to them,,The work of the
church is the most important,,And so they dont cause any trouble for
preacher,,They are easily corralled ? They are leaders of women and they lead
the women to church,,And if husband dont wanna go then its ok to divorce
him..He is called an unbeliever...Well see back in the Pioneer Days the
preacher helped families..And the preacher had a job usually..And church was
just on Sunday and maybe on Wednesday evening for Prayer Meeting,,But the
husband was the head of his home,,Preacher wasnt head of the home,,Well
families worked together and spent alot of time together,,Think of the
Little House on the Prairie Tv series...Religion was simple ...Charles was
the head of his house,,The preacher tried to keep peace in the homes he
ministered to..The Mothers were deeply prudent and godly for the most
part..Young men knew the difference between women they just used and women
they wanted as Mothers for their children,,Godly men didnt want to show
their wives off to other men,,They wanted wives who were quiet and
private..These are the women they wanted to marry ..These are the women they
brot home to meet their sweet mothers...And the Godly Mothers back in
Pioneer days were prayer warriors..Often they lived out in the middle of no
where far from Drs or any help at all..i am sure many of these mothers had
gifts of healing,,Some had to deliver their own babies..But i dont mean that
every woman who stands up and testifies is a feminist..No ...But we do have
too many Chiefs and not enuf Indians,,love connie

The Romance of Thrift

Ya know some of you Mothers with large families, make the world think you
enjoy being poor. Become love slaves to your husbands. Let your kitchens
come alive with cooking and baking. Enjoy going to second hand stores and
finding old time pots and pans and aprons. I have a pink hand mixer I found
a few years ago.

The old time Mothers loved their families and they gave themselves whole
heartedly to their husbands and his children. She was sold out to her
family and home and she could give a hoot what the world thought of her.
While the other ladies were out shopping and catting around, she was at
home in love with her husband and her kitchen.

And ya know in all the good Fairy Tales you read, you never hear of a
haughty lazy wife whom everyone loved or admired. No, it was the
Cinderellas and the Snow Whites who had good and loving hearts and loved to
keep house. The ladies of yesteryear were always lovely to look at with
long pretty hair and flowers in it. Flowing cotton skirts with a broom in
their hands. She loves babies and her Prince Charming loves her for her
womanly ways. A home graced with contentment will make your bread
rise. Happy bubbly bread always rises first.

The feminists of this day would have been called crabby fish wives in the
old time Fairy tale books. Mostly wives with tall black hats and scraggly
teeth. Instead of sweeping the floor with their dirty brooms, they ride
them on dark windy nights. But the truly romantic wife is at home sewing
and making soup. She doesn’t care if her husband brings home rotten apples
for supper… she praises him anyway for bringing something home for supper.
She is a true Pollyanna and her true Prince is Jesus Christ. And if her
husband is truly poor, she takes a vow of poverty and lives only under her
beloved as she sews and cooks and bakes. She does him good all the days of
her life.

The Housewife and the Feminist

Dear Mothers, i have been thinking lately about who is really the free
thinkers among us ? The feminist is" yes sir no sir "to the boss at work
..Even if he is a man..but she wudnt "Yes sir" her husband if her life
depended on it..Then you have the woman who is scared of everything and
wont barely go outside as the sky will fall on her head..She wudnt know a
hardship if it came in a sack with the words HARDSHIP written on the
front..She certainly isnt gonna make any waves in any direction for any
reason..she is quiet all the time ...And a bit boring i might add..So when
someone thinks of a housewife they think of this little shrinking
violet..But when i talk to my daughter in NYC she says "Mom you are a
Feminist you wud have had to be to do what you have done in your life.."i
laughed over that,,But i think the wife who is a truth seeker ...who wont
go with the herd ...is the one who is the free-est thinker of us all..love
